Customer Service
These modules will make it easier for the users to interact with Customer Service. For example if a customer wants to subscribe, unsubscribe and change address etc.
The purpose is to save resources in the Customer Service Department and to give the customers a better experience.
Integration to backend systems must be investigated before development.
